The official schedule describes the bus shelters on Broadway in front of the west parking lot. Parking availability is not guaranteed during peak periods.
Janesville Van Galder Terminal
3120 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, Wisconsin.
The official stop page lists the terminal as staffed from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Parking is listed at $4 per day, with the first hour free.
South Beloit
Fas Mart/McDonald’s, 15766 Manchester Road, near Illinois Route 75 and I-90.
The stop is east of the interchange. Read posted parking rules and avoid leaving a vehicle without confirming the current property policy.
Rockford Van Galder Terminal
7559 Walton Street, Rockford, Illinois.
The facility is accessible for passengers at scheduled bus times. Coach USA lists agent staffing from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Rockford Parking
The official stop page lists $3 per day for days 1–5 and $5 per day beginning with day 6, with the first hour free.
Parking is managed by a third party. Follow the current QR-code or text-payment instructions posted at the lot.
Parking is separate from the bus ticket. Buying a Van Galder ticket does not reserve a parking space or include parking charges.
Coach USA’s current airport instructions say buses departing O’Hare no longer board at the Bus Shuttle Center or Terminal 5.

Northbound riders should follow current Coach USA instructions to the MMF, even when an older timetable or saved page mentions terminal pickup.
Tickets are open, not reservations
Selecting a departure time online helps Coach USA plan service but does not reserve a seat on that specific bus.
One-way and round-trip validity
Coach USA states that these tickets remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
All sales are final
The general Coach USA refund policy says airport ticket sales are non-refundable.
Flight delay flexibility
A valid open ticket can be used on another eligible departure within the ticket-validity period.
Digital or printed ticket
Show the ticket from a phone or present a printed copy for scanning.
Drivers cannot retrieve a lost ticket
Keep the email, PDF or app ticket accessible because drivers and agents cannot look up the booking for you.
An open ticket does not guarantee a seat on the first bus you choose. During an unexpected surge, a full coach may require passengers to wait for additional or later service.
Arrival recommendation: Coach USA says ten minutes early is usually sufficient, with additional time recommended during peak travel periods.
Which Van Galder Bus Should You Take for a Flight?
Do not choose a coach that reaches O’Hare at the same time airline check-in or security closes. Add time for highway traffic, unloading, terminal movement, baggage check and security.
Domestic flight
Coach USA cites airline guidance to arrive at the airport at least two hours before a domestic departure.
International flight
Allow at least three hours before the scheduled flight departure.
Construction or winter travel
Add more time during snow, storms, road work, holiday traffic and major Chicago events.
The bus company does not guarantee airline connections. Choose an earlier coach when missing the flight would create a serious financial or travel problem.

Under-bus luggage
Up to two bags may be stored beneath the coach. Each bag must not exceed 50 pounds.

Each checked bag may measure up to 62 total inches when length, width and height are added.

One small carry-on per adult fare must fit in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat.
Medical devices
Approved medical devices are allowed in addition to the normal carry-on allowance.
Strollers
One folded stroller per passenger may be carried and must be stored in the luggage compartment.
Extra baggage
Extra luggage is accepted only when space is available and is currently listed at $10 per piece for Wisconsin and Van Galder service.

Bicycles: Coach USA’s baggage policy lists bicycle transport on eligible Wisconsin and Illinois routes at $10 boxed or $20 unboxed. Confirm space and eligibility before arriving.

Receiving adult: when no authorized person is present to meet an unaccompanied minor, Van Galder’s policy says authorities may be contacted.
